State-by-State Considerations
Hemp law varies significantly between states. Although federal law excludes qualifying hemp from the federal definition of marijuana, hemp-derived products remain subject to federal, state, local, and product-specific restrictions. Some states restrict or prohibit certain hemp-derived cannabinoids, product types, inhalable products, edibles, synthetic or converted cannabinoids, or products that may produce intoxicating effects.
Customers are responsible for determining the legal status of hemp products in their state of delivery before placing an order.
We do not knowingly ship products to states or jurisdictions where those specific products are prohibited. Orders to restricted states or jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment. A current list of states to which we cannot ship is maintained on our Shipping Policy page.
