BattleBuds ships from Florida and ships only within eligible jurisdictions in the contiguous United States where the specific products ordered may be lawfully shipped.
We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Products Covered by This Policy
BattleBuds sells federally compliant hemp flower products only. We do not sell delta-8 THC, delta-10 THC, HHC, synthetic cannabinoids, converted cannabinoids, THC edibles, or marijuana products.
All hemp flower products offered for shipment are intended to comply with applicable federal hemp standards and applicable Florida requirements. Product eligibility may depend on batch-specific testing, certificate of analysis results, state law, local law, carrier policy, and the delivery address.
Restricted States — Hemp Flower and Smokable Hemp
Even when hemp flower complies with the federal definition of hemp, some states restrict or prohibit hemp flower, smokable hemp, hemp prerolls, inhalable hemp products, THCA-containing flower, or products that may resemble marijuana.
We do not ship hemp flower, prerolls, or smokable hemp products to the following states:
California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and Washington.
We may also restrict or manually review shipments to additional states or jurisdictions where hemp flower laws are unclear, contested, or subject to active enforcement.
This list may change at any time based on changes in law, regulation, court decisions, carrier policy, payment processor requirements, legal review, or internal compliance review.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order before shipment if we determine, in our discretion, that the shipment may not be lawful or appropriate at the delivery address.
Local, Municipal, and Property Restrictions
A state appearing on our eligible shipping list does not guarantee that hemp flower is lawful or permitted in every county, city, municipality, apartment complex, condominium, workplace, campus, military housing property, HOA, or private property within that state.
Customers are responsible for confirming that hemp flower may be lawfully received, possessed, stored, and used at their delivery address.
If your delivery address is an apartment, condominium, dormitory, managed housing community, workplace, military housing, or HOA-controlled property, you are advised to review your lease, resident rules, package policies, and property restrictions before ordering. You are also advised to contact your apartment manager, landlord, leasing office, property manager, HOA, campus housing office, or other responsible property authority if there is any uncertainty about hemp-related package acceptance.
Customer Shipping Certification
By placing an order, you certify that:
- You are 21 years of age or older.
- The products ordered are lawful in your state and local jurisdiction.
- The products ordered are permitted at your delivery address.
- You have reviewed applicable local, municipal, residential, workplace, campus, carrier, and property-specific restrictions.
- You accept full responsibility for compliance with all laws, regulations, carrier rules, lease terms, property rules, and private restrictions applicable to your order.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship through approved carriers and service levels that permit the shipment of federally compliant hemp flower. Available carriers and service levels may be determined at checkout based on delivery address, package weight, product type, carrier policy, and our internal compliance review.
Standard shipping:
- Free for orders of $100 or more before tax
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout for orders under $100
All hemp flower shipments require adult signature service. The cost of adult signature service is included in the standard shipping rate unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping fees, adult signature fees, and carrier service fees may be non-refundable once an order has shipped, except as required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.
We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping. Expedited shipping options may be added in the future.
Order Review and Processing
Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed and verified. Processing times are estimates only and do not guarantee shipment or delivery by a specific date.
All orders are subject to review for age verification, payment authorization, fraud screening, address validation, product availability, batch-specific compliance, shipping restrictions, and other compliance concerns.
Automated order confirmations acknowledge receipt of your order but do not guarantee final acceptance, shipment, or fulfillment.
Processing may be delayed due to age verification, payment review, fraud screening, compliance review, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply-chain interruptions, or other factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to require additional information or verification before accepting, processing, or shipping an order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order before shipment.
Age Verification and Delivery Requirements
Orders are subject to age verification before checkout completion, order processing, or shipment.
Adult signature is required on all hemp flower shipments. An adult 21 years of age or older must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package. The carrier may require the recipient to present valid government-issued identification and may verify age and signature at the time of delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended at the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an adult 21 years of age or older is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
If no eligible adult is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the package for pickup, or return the package to us according to the carrier’s policies.
Failure to complete age verification, provide accurate information, or receive a package requiring adult signature may result in delay, cancellation, return, or refund according to our Refund Policy.
Carrier Delays, Inspections, and Refusals
Shipping carriers may delay, inspect, refuse, return, or seize packages containing hemp flower or hemp-derived products. We are not responsible for carrier delays, inspections, refusals, seizures, or enforcement actions caused by carrier policy, local law, state law, federal law, or customer-provided delivery information.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Packages, and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, refused, returned, or misdelivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Inaccessible delivery locations
- Carrier error
- Customer failure to receive the package or be available for adult signature
- Refusal by property management, leasing office, HOA, workplace, or other responsible authority at the delivery address
If an order is returned, refused, delayed, seized, or cancelled because the customer provided an address where the product is restricted, prohibited, or not accepted, we may cancel the order and issue a refund only as required by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Compliance Records
We may retain order, shipment, batch, certificate of analysis, age-verification, and compliance records as required or permitted by law.
Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “last updated” date.
